To honor Memorial Day weekend, we will have speakers share why they chose to serve in the military, what they appreciated about it, and what was difficult. Other speakers who chose not to serve in the military will share what was difficult about that decision and what they did see as their duty to their country and their conscience to be. With worship leaders Linda Ochi and Andy Hogg, and music director Simon Cunningham.

REQUEST FOR HELP WITH ALTAR DISPLAY:  To honor Memorial Day weekend, Beacon will have a Memorial Day Altar Display on Sunday, May 26th. If you have a picture of yourself or a family member who is serving or has served in the military, you are welcome to bring it for our altar display. We will also be posting displays of peace protests, so if you have any pictures or signs from peace protests or symbols of peace, please bring those as well.
