The world right now is overwhelming. Some of that is simply due to all the global and national crises going on — on top of our personal lives. And some of that is actually a conscious and malicious political strategy trying to make people turn off, shut down, and submit. So how do we deal with all this? How do we find some inner peace and calm, manage to center — and instead of collapsing and submitting, empower ourselves to do what we need to do and want to do? With Rev.
