“Your Awakened Heart”
with wisdom from renowned Buddhist teachers Tara Brach and Pema Chodron. Brach writes: “ Our lives are shaped by our evolutionary past – the fears and wants that arise from a separate self sense – and the pull of our evolutionary potential – our awakened heart and mind.” We’ll also hear Pema’s wisdom about “Bodhichitta: The Excellence of the Awakened Heart.” This service will include a virtual burning bowl ceremony and an extended guided meditation led by Brach called “A Present Heart.” Hosted by Rev.
